Policy:
Thank you for ordering Alistrol. As stated in our advertising,
if you are unhappy with our product for any reason, you may return it for a FULL
REFUND (less shipping and handling fees) within either 30 of your Delivery Date.
(We determine your delivery date by the Shipping Label of your parcel provided
to us by either USPS or Canada Post.Please note that we
CANNOT issue refunds for Alistrol orders that are returned after the Return Policy
Period has expired.
Return Shipping Method and Refunds
Refunds
on Alistrol orders cannot be issued without a return material authorization number
(called a RMA#) AND without returning ALL of your Alistrol bottles. Please be
sure to include ALL of your Alistrol bottles in your return, even if opened. Please
ship your product order back to us via trackable USPS or Canada Post method to
insure proper crediting. Refund Address:1400-355 Burrard St., Vancouver, British

If you are returning your Alistrol product due
to ingredient matters, ingestion sensitivity matters or other concerns, please
call our Customer Care Department first at 1-604-715-4286 . Our professional customer
care agents can assist you with many of your Alistrol product queries, and can
provide you with the required return material (RMA) instructions.
